Peter L Lividini

Art became a passion for me at a young age with the inspiration of my brother Dante. I graduated from high school with an honor in arts and then went on to Connecticut Institute of Art in Greenwich CT on scholarship.

My career started right away at the age of 20 in Stamford CT. as a graphic designer. Here I learned design, print and production. We serviced big companys including Pepsi, Heinekin, US surgical and Absolute Vodka.

At the age of 23, I decided to make a big change and moved to FL. After working a couple design studios I was offered to take over the Advertising and Marketing division at International Yacht Collection Fort Lauderdale. The company Sold, Chartered, Managed and built Super Yachts. As Director I quickly expanded the division, added print and production and reduced the heavy costs of outsourcing. We advertised in many yacht magazines, internet, direct mail, boat shows, events and with collaboration with photographer Jim Raycroft, designed and printed yacht brochures for owners directly to market their yachts.

I have a rare muscular disease called Desminopathy and in 2015 at the age of 35 I needed a heart transplant and went on long term disability which ended my career. I quickly got back to my passion in fine arts. Art for me is the ultimate therapy.
